Sam, Ash and Carousel Events provided seamless bar service for our wedding on the Gold Coast. Prior to the day, Sam was super helpful with all aspects of planning, and always replied promptly to any email communication. On the night, the drinks were flowing without a hitch, and Sam and Ash were delightful. Highly recommend if you’re planning a wedding or other big event- they’ve got you covered for a stress free party!!

We chose Happy Camper because we fell inlove with their airstream caravan and I'm so glad we did. The food was delicious and the service even better. We chose the grazing table, salads, pizza and gelato. The food quality was excellent and I didnt even see the grazing table as it had been gobbled up before I'd finished my photos. I chose to have 1 wait staff which was great because they took Pizza and icecream around and cleared up empty plates/boards. I couldn't reccomend Happy Camper any higher. Thankyou so much for making my wedding so delicious and fun.

These guys were absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! From the minute they fired up the ovens our guest could smell the pizza goodness in the air, every single guest made comment on how bloody good these pizzas are! Fast, efficient and SUPER friendly service from the guys at Woodfire Desire! 11/10 HIGHLY RECCOMEND for any event! We can't wait to head up there way to eat some more of their pizza 😁

Fine dining with a casual feel. Can't recommend Sharon and her team enough. Sharon went above and beyond to make our day easy and beautiful. Every guest felt special and included. They couldn't wait for the next wonderful platter of exquisite delicious treats to be brought to them as they wandered our lovely garden. 6 months on and friends are still telling me in detail it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. Spade to Blade catered for our beautiful backyard wedding. The food was absolutely amazing with canopes, mains & desserts. Our guests just raved about the day, especially the presentation & abundance of food! They certainly didn’t go home hungry. The staff were so lovely & made sure that the bride & groom (us) had plenty of food after the photo session. We would highly recommend Spade to Blade for your special day! You won’t be disappointed!
