It depends what style of event and food you like.
If you want everyone to be free to mingle then we come with the food to you with many little bites as canapes.
If you want to sit comfortable then we bring a plate to you. Whith the alternative drop you can swap and change with your partner, perhaps share if you want both.
With canapes you would need slightly less staff on hand since no crockery and cutlery needs to be set and or cleaned.
