Are caterers generally willing to incorporate some items you really love?

Consider it's all about time.

Many caterers take on more than one wedding each weekend, making 'SPECIALIZED REQUIREMENTS' specific to the wish of the wedding party, an added concern. It would be prudent to inquire as to how many weddings are booked on your specific date, through the caterer in the first place. If you are the SOLE BOOKING, then a top caterer should EASILY ACCOMMODATE your special wishes.

Hi Chelsea, Different caterers offer different services when it comes to their packages. At The Culinarian our philosophy is that a wedding is a magical day and when it comes to catering the bride and groom deserve something that is special and unique. Thats why we offer individually tailored bespoke menus to all of our clients. We start with a set package as a base point and then go from there working with the bride and groom to create exactly what they are looking for on their wedding day. We are not the only caterer that provides this style of service and there is so many caterers out there to choose from. If you love particular dishes and you really want them on your wedding day then it is best that speak with your shortlisted caterers and see who is happy to provide that extra level of service! Absolutely! Hot Coals Catering will always quote on whatever you would like, as we understand that sometimes people have their heart set on something special! This is why we don't do 'packages' as we believe that every event is unquie, and one size definitely does not fit all!
