We source quality market fresh local produce (on the Mornington Peninsula) which enables us to create menus which excite and tantalise. Each and every item is homemade in our commercial kitchen, right down to our shortcrust tartlets, to ensure you enjoy a fresh restaurant quality experience with MoreISH food that bursts with flavour.

We are so fortunate to live on the Mornington Peninsula, from its rolling hill, vineyards, markets, farms and oceans we have an abundance of fresh local produce on our doorstep which excites our taste buds and gets our create juices flowing.  Our point of difference is that we use local product and make each and every item in our commercial kitchen right down to our mini tartlets.

My love of food began as a small child growing up in a large Italian family . I believe that humans are hard wired to connect to others and the memories of love and connection I felt as a child whilst cooking with my family puts a smile to my face. Its these feelings that I enjoy every time I create, prepare and serve food to people at a special event and the pleasure and excitement that people receive from eating our food warms my heart and energises my soul as it did when I was a child.
