Your wedding day is the most special day of your life so let us take care of all your worries with an experience that no guest will forget.

There's nothing like American-style BBQ. Prepared with our custom-made 1.5 tonne Texan style, wood fire offset smoker, we slow cook for up to 10 hours. Catering for crowds of up to 150, we use only the best quality wood and house-made, fresh gluten-free spice rubs and sauces.

With three packages starting at $40 per head, options include:

  • Wings
  • Smoked sausages
  • Smoked halloumi
  • Brisket
  • Ribs
  • Pulled pork
  • Chickens
  • Vegan brisket and vegan pulled pork
  • A variety of salads and sides
  • Apple crumble
  • Peach, bourbon and maple syrup crumble.

Dietary requirements including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and lactose intolerance can be catered for without trouble.

We called Ian from BBQ Infusion a about MONTH out from our wedding because our Caterer fell through. I was so stressed and Ian was just casual and relaxed about my last min plans. the food was cooked to perfection, he was there all day and was even able to cater for 10 of my Vegan friends, who said BBQs couldn’t be vegan! Everyone raved about the food and how friendly Ian and his team were. Would definitely recommended BBQ Infusion as a laid back, delicious caterer for any event.

What can I say, Ian knows how to smoke meat!! My partner and I heard amazing reviews about bbq infusion when were trying to find a caterer for our wedding and when it came to our wedding day, we can both definitely agree that those reviews were all true and if not enough of just how awesome and easy it was to go through BBQ Infusion. They were so kind and easy going and prices very fair to what we got. We both definitely know that if we have another event in the future and need a caterer we will definitely be using bbq infusion again! Will also definitely be spreading the word!
