Essential catering was incredible to deal with specifically Louise. She was our go to gal in the lead up to my wedding and honestly ive got no words for how amazing she was. No detail went un-noticed, every question, every change I wanted to make she was right there on the journey with me committed to making my wedding the best day ever and the best day ever it was! I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for her! The entire experience was a dream! Highly recommend Louise and essential catering!

I cannot recommend Crystal Palace Catering highly enough! I have attended many weddings over the years where Crystal Palace was the caterer, and they have always delivered fantastic food. However, what they provided on our wedding day was on another level entirely. From the very beginning, Kim was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was professional, responsive, understanding, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire planning process. As a self-confessed Type A bride who wanted every detail to be perfect, I had high expectations and plenty of requests. Kim went above and beyond, making adjustments to the menu and working with me every step of the way to ensure everything was exactly as I envisioned. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her patience and dedication were truly appreciated. On the wedding day itself, the food was simply outstanding. It was fresh, delicious, beautifully presented, and most importantly, served hot. One of the most common comments we received from our guests was how generous the portions were and how delicious the food was. Nobody left hungry, and many guests were amazed by both the quality and quantity of food being served. What really stood out was the feedback from our guests. We have attended many weddings catered by Crystal Palace before and so have many of our family and friends. Crystal Palace has always delivered great food, but countless guests told us that the food at our wedding was the best they had ever had from them. Some guests were genuinely surprised and kept asking us who our caterer was because they couldn't believe how exceptional everything was. Several even asked if it was actually Crystal Palace because the food was so fresh and plentiful compared to what they remembered from previous events. A special thank you must also go to Thu, our event manager for the evening. I truly cannot thank her enough. She was the sweetest, kindest, and most attentive person to work with. She listened carefully to every instruction and detail I provided on the day and executed everything flawlessly. Knowing she was overseeing the event gave me complete peace of mind, and she played a huge role in making sure the entire evening was a perfect success. The service staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the night, ensuring our guests were looked after from start to finish. The only minor feedback we received from a handful of guests was that they would have loved to see more canapés circulating during pre-dinner drinks. However, having attended multiple weddings every year ourselves, we understand that this is often due to guests naturally gathering around servers and taking multiple pieces at a time. If we were to suggest one small improvement, it would simply be having a few more staff circulating canapés to ensure they reach every corner of the room. That said, this was a very minor point in what was otherwise an exceptional experience. If we could go back in time and do our wedding all over again, Crystal Palace would still be our first and only choice. The food, service, professionalism, and care shown by every member of the team exceeded expectations. To Kim, Thu, the chefs, and the entire Crystal Palace team — thank you. You are truly an amazing group of people, and we are so grateful for the enormous part you played in making our wedding day unforgettable.

Daniel and the Crusa team catered to our 100 guest wedding at Bangalow and were so amazing! They are so professional and laid back at the same time. The pizzas and charcuterie board was amazing and our guests kept coming up to us to say how good the food was! The team also catered for dietary requirements! The bar staff were amazing and professional. We are so grateful to have them for our wedding and would recommend them to everyone!

I'm so incredibly thankful that Mum spoke with Julie in the shop that day, and sent us your details! Every dish was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented! We have received so many compliments from our guests about the quality and flavour of the food, and they wish you would cater at their next event! From starters to main courses to capes, each plate was a true delight. You could really taste the freshness of the ingredients, and it was clear how much care you and your team placed into every dish. The variety of options catered perfectly to all tastes, making everyone feel truly cared for. Our dietary guests were particularly impressed; everyone felt included and well looked after, which meant a lot to us! You and your team helped make our day even more special by not only meeting but exceeding our expectations. It is clear how passionate you, Ollie, and your team are about delivering exceptional food and service, and we are so grateful for your professionalism and warmth throughout the entire process. A special thank you, too, to Scarlett, who served me and others my main meal. For someone so young, she handled the opportunity with incredible maturity and professionalism, ensuring the guests she served were cared for with a warm and attentive presence. We have also recommended that Chapel Ridge include you on their vendor list, as we believe future couples would be fortunate to work with such a talented and attentive catering team

These guys were fantastic. Easy to deal with from start to finish, no request was too difficult, they did everything to accommodate our wishes. The food was absolutely incredible. Everything was beautifully presented, tasted amazing and all our guests were super impressed. The value for money was exceptional, and I highly recommend Reinas catering to everyone!
