Our menus include cocktail food, sharing menus, plated table service, barbeque, gourmet carvery and buffet.
We source and only use the finest quality and freshest of ingredients from trusted local suppliers for our event menus and will happily work with you to custom design your menu and to cater to your guests' dietary needs and tastes.

About
Steve trained in London working in 5 star hotels and restaurants, he has worked in high end establishments around the world including Bermuda and Sir Richard Branson's Necker Island in the British Virgin Islands. Steve also owned a restaurant in the Hunter Valley before moving to Perth with his wife and family to establish Samphire Catering.
