You have a great selection of beverages for your guests to choose from. A standard wedding beverage package would normally include - 1 or 2 choices of Red wine, 1 or 2 choices of white wine, 1 sparkling wine or Champagne, a heavy beer and a light beer and a variety of softdrinks. Some couples do enjoy providing spirits for a special toast or a cocktail on arrival for something different.
what do wedding guests like more: buffet or seated catering with a 'you get what you get' menu?

Hi There,
Great question, we get asked this all the time. I would suggest that the best option rather than a buffet, is to spread sharing platters a long each guest table, which incourages interaction amongst your guests, whilst offering them plenty of variety. It also requires less time to serve guests as they dont have to get up and que at a buffet and sit back down again, which can be important depending on your event running sheet.
