HOW DO I BOOK? WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE PAYMENT?

We will email you a deposit invoice with event details.

We will hold your date for 3 days and confirm your booking once we receive your $500 deposit deposit. We get in touch 10 days prior to confirm guests numbers, menu and will send a final invoice which is due 10 days prior to the event

WHAT FACILITIES DO YOU NEED?

We need bench space to prepare/plate food & an oven to heat Tortas/churros (if you choose those). If there is no oven let us know and we'll bring our own.

We are self su cient and provide everything else required including platters, serviettes and cleaning products. We have commercial coolers and do not require any of your fridge space.

To avoid delays at your event - please ensure bench spaces are clear prior to our sta arrival.

DO YOU CATER FOR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

We have a number of vegan, vegetarian & dairy free options - we can discuss a suitable menu with you. Our menu is gluten free aside from the tortas/churros.

DO WE NEED STAFF?

Each menu item has many elements, garnishes, salsas/sauces and tortillas must be warmed and tacos created fresh on site! We take a lot of pride in our food and prep/assemble and serve everything fresh on site with trained chef/sta & for those reasons we need sta at each event.

Plus we include sta cost in the quote and it really does make for a better experience, both from a food perspective and your own enjoyment on the night.
