We offer simple food, artisan produce and bespoke styling. Specialising in grazing tables and platter boxes. Whether it be the morning of your wedding to feed you and your bridal party, a post ceremony graze or a recovery graze for the next day, Sharp + Co will create something that will meet your expectations not only in taste but visually as well to wow your guests.

Grazing tables are a cost effect way to feed larger groups of people. They are most popular post ceremony while your guests are enjoying a glass of bubbles and you are off getting photos. Our grazing tables not only look amazing, they taste amazing with the atrisan produce we use. We work with you on the styling of your graze and can style it to suit the theme of your special day.

We not only offer cheese / antipasto grazing tables however we have the optipon to add on cold canapes + sweets to your graze. Plus we have a very large range of platter boxes which are perfect for the morning of your wedding or the night before.

Servicing Port Stephens, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley. A team of passionate food lovers will create something memorable for you and your guests using only the best produce.

Sharp + Co is owned by two sisters Jess and Laura. Who have have a passion for simple, good food shared among friends and family. With backgrounds in hospitality and the events industry they understand the importance of both a quality product but also exceptional and personalised customer service. From the moment you contact Sharp + Co, the passion and love for what they do, will shine through!

FAQ

How long does it take to receive a quote?

You will receive a response from the team at Sharp + Co within 24 - 48 hours, if not sooner. A quote will be given straight away unless more information is required.

What are your payment / cancellation terms?

Once the booking is made, we require a 25% deposit to secure the booking with the remaining amount not due until 7 days prior to the event. We accept credit card or bank transfer.

If you cancel within 2 weeks, the 25% deposit will be non refundable. If you cancel within 5 days of the booking, the full amount will be non refundable.

What if I have a dietary requirement?

Sharp + Co will endevour to do our best to meet dietary requirements including Gluten Free, Vegan and Vegetarian. Please include any dietary requirments in your query and we will do our best to meet your needs.

How long does it take to set up a grazing table?

Depedning on how big the grazing table is, will determine how long it takes to set up. However generally it takes around 1 - 1.5 hours to set up from start to finish.

We put out the cured meat and cheese as close to possible as serving time to ensure freshness. We do recommend the graze be in a cool shaded area and that is be eaten as close as possible to it being ready and it be eaten within 2 hours.
