About
Founded by husband-and-wife team Marc & Emilie, our business brings authentic French crêpes and galettes to Melbourne. Born in Ivory Coast and raised in France, Marc trained in hospitality and honed his skills in Michelin-starred restaurants before working as a Chef in the USA & Bahamas. Emilie, a French-Cambodian marketing professional, built her career with luxury brands. Together, they relocated to Melbourne with a shared vision: creating a unique French experience available to all.

FAQ
Yes, we can cater to most dietary requirements! Our buckwheat galette batter is naturally gluten-free*, and we can provide options for vegetarian and vegan diets as well. Please note additional charges may apply. We are happy to adjust our offering to suite your needs, so let us know of any dietary requirements and we will work with you to make sure we can offer something to all your guests.
*Due to the nature of our catering, there is a risk of cross-contamination. As a result we cannot cater for anaphylactic coeliacs.
For our Sweet & Savoury packages, service is provided from our food truck. Guests can choose from your chosen crêpe menu and our chef(s) will cook the crêpes to order.
We can serve our crêpes and galettes either in cones or on flat trays.
Guests with dietary requirements (e.g. gluten friendly) can approach our chefs during service and ask for their chosen crepes to be cooked. We recommend serving your guests with special dietary needs first.
For our Grazing packages, the sweet and savoury crêpe rolls and other food items will be prepared ahead of time and displayed on a buffet table. If you would like cocktail-style service, we can provide wait staff for an additional fee.
For service from our food truck, we will provide 1-2 Chefs depending on the number of guests and requested service time.

Our standard service time is 2h for up to 100 guests.
Arrival/bump-in: we arrive 1.5-2 hrs before service starts, to set up and heat our crêpe-makers.
Departure/bump-out: we depart 1-1.5 hrs after service has ended, to clean and pack everything up.
Need flexibility: we are always happy to adjust our service time (shorter or longer) to best suit your needs. Please get in touch for a quote.
Our Sweet & Savoury packages (served from our food truck) include an unlimited number of crêpes per person.
Our Grazing packages include assortments of bite-sized sweet and savoury canapé options and typically include about 8 canapés per person (+ assorted dips in the Gourmet Grazing Package).
