About
After learning my trade in England i moved to Canberra in 2001, for the first few years i worked for some of the most sought after catering companies here, in 2004 i started out on my own, with a small boutique catering company, this unfortunately didn't go as well as planned, so i continued to learn more and more from the best Canberra had to offer, fast forward to now, and 2 successful companies later, i mostly just concentrate on weddings with that little extra touch.
