At Miss Mary Bar, we bring the bar to you — beautifully presented, professionally staffed and tailored to the way you actually want to celebrate. From our Miss Mary Signature Horse Float to our Charlie Rose Pop-up Bar and Mary Grace Beverage Bike, we offer flexible bar solutions designed to suit your venue, your guest list and your style.
We're warm, approachable and genuinely love being part of weddings. But behind the relaxed personality is a professional service designed to make your day run smoothly. (also love a good laugh!) We take care of the behind-the-scenes details so you can spend your day celebrating, not worrying about whether the ice is cold, the glasses are clean or the bar is running smoothly.
We operate as a premium "Dry Bar" experience ( you supply the drinks, we serve them!) gives you all the control, allowing you to build your drinks experience around what matters to you, your tastes and your guests preferences.

3-Hour SILVER Package:
A beautifully simple option for shorter celebrations, welcome drinks, intimate weddings or receptions where you want the bar service to feel effortless.

Price is for 50 guests. Aditional guests may require additional staff and glassware.
5-Hour GOLD Package:
Our popular option for couples wanting a complete wedding-day drinks experience, including a dedicated cocktail hour.

She makes a statement when she arrives and looks right at home at everything from relaxed backyard weddings to beautiful country celebrations and elegant receptions.
CHARLIE ROSE POP UP BAR
Need something a little more flexible?
Our freestanding pop-up bar is a versatile option for venues where a horse float isn't suitable, or for couples who want a more understated bar setup.
It can also be used alongside Miss Mary to create multiple drinks stations for larger celebrations.
MARY GRACE BEVERAGE BIKE
For welcome drinks, cocktail hour or a fun secondary drinks station, Mary Grace brings something a little different.
Our stylish beverage bike can serve your choice of chilled beer, wine or beverages ( 20 litre or 50 litre keg) and is a beautiful way to welcome guests before the main reception gets underway.
COCKTAIL HOUR
Give your guests something special to enjoy while you disappear for photos.
Our cocktail hour includes your choice of two cocktails, designed around your tastes and wedding style.
Whether you're after something fresh and citrusy, a classic favourite or something completely bespoke, we'll work with you to create a cocktail menu that feels like you. And yes — an Espresso Martini is absolutely an option!
COFFEE
Miss Mary is also a mobile cafe, serving delicous, barista Coffee, iced and specialty drinks. Whether you're after a true coffee service for your guests at your reception or looking for a "morning after" caffeine hit, our barista trained staff and premum beans are always a welcome sight!

Hi, we are a husband-and-wife team who love bringing a relaxed yet professional bar service to weddings and events. We pride ourselves on the "little things" that often go unnoticed but make a big difference to a smoothly run, effortless event. (Because the last thing you want to think about on your wedding day is if the drinks are cold or the ice has been topped up! ) We love going above and beyond, wowing our couples and their guests with not only amazing drinks but a beautifully styled bar!

While Miss Mary Bar is Brisbane based, we love attending events in areas such as the Gold Coast, Gold Coast Hinterland, Sunshine Coast, Scenic Rim, Toowoomba and surrounds, Northern New South Wales, Byron Bay, Byron Hinterland, Stradbroke Island and beyond! Your location not listed? That's ok, let us know where you have booked your wedding and we will be happy to chat about making it happen for you both!
Yes. We operate on a "dry bar" model, you supply the drinks and we serve them with style. This gives you more choice in what you serve your guests! You have the freedom to pick types, styles and brands of wine, spirits, beer and champagne that you love, which means you are not limited by an event/function centre's wine list!
It is also easier on your budget as you can research great deals on your favourite wines etc and build your supply over time. You can also purchase Beer or Wine in a 20 litre or 50 litre keg and we can serve it cold off the tap. (When utilisiing our Charlie Rose Freestanding Bar or our Mary Grace Bike)
Although we do not hold a liquor license and cannot sell alcohol, be rest assured that all of our Event Staff hold Responsible Service of Alcohol certificates.
We can certainly help you decide on quantities of drinks you may need for your wedding based on your guest numbers, venue, season and guest personalities! There are also a number of drinks calculators available online to help too. Once you have booked, we will formualte a plan specifically for your wedding.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for Saturday weddings and dates during peak wedding season. However, we also love a last-minute wedding enquiry, so get in touch and we’ll check your date for you!
Absolutely! Depending on your package and venue location and size, you can choose from our signature Miss Mary horse-float bar, Charlie Rose freestanding bar or Mary Grace beer and wine bike. Or, for larger weddings, a combination of options together! (Think, our Beer Bike serving ice cold beer, positioned next to our Horse Float Bar etc) We love customising our packages to suit your vision for your wedding day!
Our 3 hour, 5 hour, 7 hour and 7 plus 2 hour packages include professional RSA Event staff and Barista trained staff (for coffee services), bar equipment, glassware, ice, garnishes, straws, napkins, water stations, full setup and pack down, glass collection and cleaning as well as a custom bar menu. We pride ourselves on ensuring your bar area creates a ""wow factor" and include styling touches such as fresh florals or greenery, candles, decor and finishing touches to ensure Miss Mary Bar ties seemlessly into your style, colour and theme for your special day.
Package inclusions do vary, but be rest assured we will help you choose the option that works best for your wedding.
Yes! We love a good cocktail! Our cocktail service is one of the most popular additions to a Miss Mary Bar wedding. Selected packages (5hr and above) include a dedicated cocktail hour with your choice of two cocktails (you each get to choose your favouites!) with additional extended cocktail service available as an upgrade. Did you know we are also a coffee specialist, serving Barista Coffee? Why not combine the two and serve fresh Espresso Martini's as your cockatil of choice!
Absolutely! This is YOUR day, we are just here to make it as amazing as we can. We can work with you on a custom drinks menu so your bar feels personal to the both of you. Tell us what you love to drink and we’ll help you create a menu that suits your celebration!
How many Miss Mary Event staff at your wedding will depend on your guest numbers and the package you have chosen. All of our wedding packages are priced on 50 guests and additional numbers may require additional staff which we can chat about in the quotation stage. All of our packages include RSA trained staff and Barista trained staff when we are providing Coffee Service.
We also offer glass collection and cleaning.
Of course! Our wedding packages include wine, champagne and tumbler glassware, as well as all of the necessary equipment required to run the bar smoothly. Additional glassware may be required for larger guest numbers.
Yes! (It's basically what we run off!) We offer professional barista coffee and tea service, including specialty drinks, quality coffee, alternate milks, cold foam options and tea. Our Platinum Plus package is perfect for those two day weddings and includes our "Morning After", two hour unlimited barista service!
