As a family owned business, we pride ourselves on our ability to provide you with the best food and service available. I personally have been in the food industry all my working life, working in restaurants and hotels in Australia and New Zealand. I also ran and owned a butcher shop for over 20 years, so my knowledge of meat and small goods is also very extensive. So if the menus I have sent out don’t have something you would like in them, please feel free to contact me any time to discuss other choices.

We have all the crockery and cutlery for 250 people, also salt & peppers, bread baskets, urns, tables & tablecloths (linen) for food only. All my equipment is gas so no power is required, except urns and deep fries. This basically means we can operate from anywhere. We can supply all the staff or if you prefer, you may wish to supply your own, this may save you money.
