OVERVIEW

Dine is established by chef Glen Carr who has over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry.

Dine Catering (est.2007) is a boutique caterer with an eye for detail using only the freshest quality produce. I believe in providing a unique experience every time on any special event you should hold. I am also able to help with any staffing requirements and hiring of equipment you may require.

My hospitality experience has been focused on fine-dining restaurants throughout UK, New Zealand and Australia. I was Head Chef at the highly-acclaimed Auge Restaurant in Adelaide, leading the team to consecutive Restaurant and Catering SA Awards for Excellence as Best Restaurant in 2006 and 2007. More recently, I have helped secure another success in the Restaurant and Catering SA Awards for Excellence – this time for The Lane Vineyards as Best New Restaurant in 2008.

Now focusing on Dine Catering I look forward to providing a high class level of food and service, and I pride myself on making your experience exceed your expectations.

WOW - honestly cannot than Glen and team enough for their assistance on, and leading up to, our big day! Along with the food being ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS Glen and his team always go the extra mile (set up, pack down, personalised service for the bridal party, and even a 12.30am tea for the pregnant bride!). Nothing was too hard or too much. They were complete partners in our wedding day and I would not hesitate to use them again for other major events.

An absolutely outstanding catering company! You'll be hard pressed to find better! Thank you to DINE for their amazing food, service and attention to detail for our wedding at AL RU farm (16.10.16). We had so many people tell us they loved the food, that there was a plethora of options and they all felt very well fed - even from the number of canapes each! We went with petit fours for our dessert and adored the truffles, tiramisu and lemon tarts. the people with dietary requirements were also well catered for and were given extra care by the serving staff to ensure they had food options available. The mains of chicken and lamb were also both incredible. Our lovely personal server, Stella, helped out the bridal party all night, making sure we had food and drinks no matter where we were and all through our photos. We cannot thank them enough for all their hard work, consideration and beautiful creations! Food we will be talking about for years to come!

Glen and his team did an amazing job. South Australian couples are very lucky to have a chef like Glen cook for them on their special day. Glen was very easy to deal with and each menu option was straight forward. The food was of a very high quality and impressed our guests. It tasted beautiful. In addition, Dine Catering staff went over and above to make our day a smooth one, finding the bridal party whereever they were and making sure we had food and drink. Dine were very professional and efficient and i would recommend them every time.

Glen at Dine came recommended. Our celebrity chef Tristan was the man of the hour at our wedding and he executed the menu Glen built for us with compliments flying. We went with a cocktail style event, canapes and more substantial items plated beautifully and tasting better. We found Glen and the team to be versatile, flexible and talented. A professional and excellent team. We absolutely recommend Dine Catering to you for the same reasons Glen was recommended to us. They do what your looking for. They do it very very well! Glen and the team were so great at our wedding, and we had SO many compliments on the food from our guests, absolutely smashed it out of the park. They did so well with an extensive list of dietary requirements for canapes, shared platter mains and little petit fours as part of the dessert offerings (we also did our own dessert table). The staff were all so friendly and quick, and paid attention to the little details and gave great service. Definitely recommend!
