No, not that we dont want you to but there is nothing worse than if the horses snorts and splashes food over your beautiful wedding gown.

Hello and thank you for viewing Swans on Doongalla Horse Drawn Carriages for your wedding day transport. My husband Ash and myself are the owner operators of our business . We started up our business over 10 years ago and have had the pleasure of transporting so many excited people to marry the love of their life. Our horses are apart of our family with them being born at our home and then trained by Ash to become very well behaved carriage horses.

Easy Weddings Special Offer

Decorated Clydesdale Horse Shoe

Make a booking in the months of March and April to recieve a decorated clydesdale horse. The shoe can be decorated to match the colour theme of your wedding. You can see a sample in our photos.

FAQ

How many people will the carriage hold?

The white wedding carriage holds 6 adults comfortably plus 2 children. Weather permitting 2 adults can sit on the back dickie seat.

What happens if it rains?

Not a problem the white wedding carriage is convertiable, so if it starts to rain I just pop the roof up and you all stay dry and comfortable.

How far do you travel with the horses and carriage?

We allow up to 3 kilometers which takes approximatley 30 minutes to travel.

Do you travel at night?

No, for the saftey of all conserned we do not travel at night. So if you are considering a winter wedding we need to be off the road before dusk.

Do you travel to country Victoria?

Yes we are happy to travel but please be aware that a travel charge will apply. This varies depending on distance and tolls.

What an amazing couple Ash and Carolyn are! Extremely friendly, helpful and gorgeous people. Doc and Felicity were the horses we had on our special day and they couldn’t have been more perfect. Such beautiful horses and so well mannered and friendly! We would highly recommend 😃🥰

Highly recommend. They went above and beyond to make sure the day went accordingly including a backup plan in case of bad weather. Very welcoming and made sure we came first on the day! Very patient would highly recommend!
