Our names are Clive and Wendy Waller, we have just celebrated our 43rd wedding anniversary in August 2025, so you could say we have a bit of experience in the marriage department. We love celebrating love and are so excited to be considered for your day. We will ensure all details have been considered to personalise your experience with us and have your day run seamlessly. FAQ

Do you require a deposit?

No, we don't take an inital deposit. Your credit card details are taken when you book with us, we will send you an email to confirm your booking.

Can the car be decorated with ribbon?

Yes, all easy wedding bookings have complimetary ribbon decoration. Please note Elite Transfers only uses white ribbon (in our opinion white looks the best on our vehicles).

When do we make final payment?

Payment is taken in full 4 weeks before your wedding day, you will be notified prior to this happening.

What happens if our chauffeur is sick on the wedding day?

Weddings are always given a high priority when they are booked with Elite Transfers. Our cars are booked out 3 hours in advance to be valeted before we arrive. If a chauffeur was unable to drive on the wedding day, we have other team members who are able to step in as their replacement. As we allow this time before the wedding we have plenty of time to organise this without it impacting our role in your wedding day.

Wendy & her husband, Clive couldn't have been more accommodating if they tried! There was a fair bit of back & forth as our guests needed transport, then didn't need transport & the numbers changed, and the drop offs changed, but all throughout, Wendy was as cool as a cucumber & although I'm sure she was rolling her eyes when she saw my emails pop up, you'd never have known it! The cars were immaculate inside and out, the ride incredibly smooth. They were well on time; we ended up booking 3 transfers for our daughters wedding and all pick ups & drop offs went off without a hitch - no pun intended. I would highly recommend Wendy & Elite Transfers - I couldn't fault them. Thanks guys :)

Elite Transfers were amazing. I had to book a car service a month before my wedding as my last car cancelled. They called me straight away and booked me in right away. They set me up with a discount and a more expensive care for the day. They spoke to me through the whole process. They sent out an amazing man to drive us. He was so caring and not having my dad there on my day, he felt like a dad so it was very special. He later told me he wasn't ment to work that day but saw my name as I have the same name as his mother which was just fate. Couldn't recommend this company enough 1000/10

We hired two separate transfers for our wedding day, one for the groom & groomsmen and one for the bride and bridesmaids. Wendy was a pleasure to work with through the booking process and made sure that the bride's car had a ribbon for the special day. Both cars arrived to the pickup spots early, with Mabil-lee jumping into action with the girls to help get them out the door on time, even helping to cut the bouquets down to size for them! Clive took the groom, groomsmen and some family members (including toddler in baby seat) and got them to the venue on time and in style, even coming back 15mins later as one of our grandparents had left some items in the car. We all got to the venue on time, in comfort and with no stress and could not recommend Elite Transfers enough, and would use them again in a heartbeat for our next event or airport transfer!
