For over 30 years, we’ve been driven by a passion for timeless elegance and the unmistakable charm of classic cars.

What began as a love for vintage motoring has grown into Adelaide’s most distinguished fleet of wedding vehicles—each car restored with meticulous care and a deep respect for its history.

Our collection features four fully restored 1950 Mark V Jaguars, a rare 1970 XJ6 Series 1 Jaguar, and—most recently—two magnificent Royal Daimlers, originally built for Queen Elizabeth II and still gracing royal weddings to this day.

We are also proud to offer a rare Jaguar Mark V Convertible (1949)—Adelaide’s only one, and one of fewer than 40 remaining worldwide, the very same model chosen by Pippa Middleton for her royal wedding.

These vehicles aren’t just transport—they’re a statement of style, sophistication, and tradition.

In 1991 CLASSIC JAGS was born and since then the business has grown to 9 Jaguars, now carrying on the former owners legacy we strive to be Adelaide's only award winning classic vehicles that have been around for over 34 years.

We were provided with a beautiful convertible which was super clean and well-presented on our wedding day. Sally was also an amazing person to work with, she responded to all our emails almost immediately and prices were also very reasonable. Would highly recommend :)

Sally and Stan at Classic Jags were absolutely wonderful! They made it super easy to arrange a time for us to take a look at their cars and discuss our requirements before booking. We got in touch with them again about 6 weeks out from our wedding to finalise details such as pickup/dropoff locations, runsheet etc. Again, it was all a very smooth and easy interaction to get it all finalised. On the wedding day itself, Stan was our driver, and he provided excellent service for us. He was punctual, friendly, and accommodating when we had a minor adjustment to our final dropoff point. 100% recommend Classic Jags for wedding vehicle hire!

No regrets on choosing Classic Jags as our wedding cars, they look beautiful and everyone from Classic Jags was an absolute treat to deal with. We went with the Royal Daimlers which was great because they had so much room and plenty of power for an older vehicle when it came to driving up the freeway and through the hills when some other older vehicles may have had troubles.

what in your opinion is the best wedding car to go for?

Classic Jags

It's an individual choice you may have a theme or the location you are getting married at may suit a certain style of car to match the era. You should also take into account the number of people you need to transport as you may want to have a limo for all your attendants and a smaller car for the Bride and Groom. I personally selected a Classic Car for our wedding and many years later we are still using it for our Bridal Couples. Classic Cars are timeless and the photographer's love them to use as a backdrop for your photos. Ultimately it's your choice.

which style of wedding car is more practical when it comes to transporting the wedding party

classic or modern??

Classic Jags

It's really a personal prefference both are completely different with the Classic Cars probably offing more leg room and off course the photographers love them as they become a beautifull backdrop to your photos. Make sure if you use Classic Cars check that they have Air-Conditioning. Some people use both Modern to the Church and then Classic for the photos and then to the reception but ultimately it is what you personally like and suits your theme. We have 4 or 8 passenger vehicles to choose from if getting married in Adelaide.

Will I be disappointed if I don't hire a wedding car? I don't know if I have room in my budget

As your wedding car plays a big part in your day i think you would be dissapointed as not only is it transport it is a backdrop for your photos as photographers love to take car shots and create lasting memories. Your chauffeur is also very important looking after your evey need on the day helping you to get into and out of the car with your dress, serving drinks and holding umbrellas if it's a rainy day. We often get Bridal Couples contacting us very close to their wedding day saying they thought they wouldn't have cars or were using family cars which had pulled out at the last minuite and are desperate to book.
