Hi There
Yes we make flourless Cakes, Our delectable flavours include Chocolate with Cream Cheese and Orange & Almond. Both recipes use Almond meal & potato Flour.
We also offer quite a few Gluten Free options that may work. Happy to discuss further. Thanks Stacey
Flourless (wheat flour) options are possible in a wedding cake, which would include gluten free cakes using alternative flours such as rice flour or almond meal. Orange and almond cake, gluten free chocolate mud or a gluten free vanilla cake are all possible flavours that we offer and they are robust enough to use in a stacked and tiered cake. Most cake suppliers will offer you a choice of flavours, with the option of a different flavour for each tier, so you may be able to have a regular cake on some tiers, with a gluten free or flourless cake on just one of the tiers. Discuss with your cake designer how many serves you need of the flourless cake and what the best options are in terms of flavours.
Yes flourless cake option do exist. These cakes are often nut based but they can also be legume based. They are deliciously moist. Gluten free may also be an option for you.
