Brunetti Classico Carlton

Following the choice of the design of the two - tiered wedding cake,ROSE, we were then able to 'taste test' the flavours available. The lower tier was a White Chocolate Mud and Raspberry Cake and the upper tier was the Red Velvet - both flavours were so delicious, the freshness was perfect. The cake design suited the formal wedding reception so well and the cutting of the cake through both tiers was like cutting through butter - it was faultless. The presentation of the cake was beautiful. A very big thank you to Isabel for all her guidance and assistance.

Brunetti made our wedding cake exactly as we had visioned. 3 tier with a beautiful edible flower. The cake was moist and delish and looked amazing!

Everyone loves Brunetti cakes; therefore, we decided to have a tower of the mignons instead of a big wedding cake. As the delivery was quite expensive, we were planning to drop it off ourselves at the wedding venue the day before. However, our car broke down three days before the wedding. Brunetti was super helpful and still able to do the delivery themselves. We did ended up with way too much as everyone was on the dance floor and forgot about the cakes. But having these little mignons made it really easy for everyone to take some home. Overall, flavours were amazing, looked stunning, and easy communication.
