I make full mud cakes; I don't make imitation mud cakes. All my cakes are home made using my own personal recipe that I have used consistently with great success over the years, having won many awards along the way.

Greg first started making cakes over 40 years ago and has built a strong reputation for having very high standards as well as an artistic flair that has to be seen to be believed. Greg still loves creating cakes just as much as he did when he first started all those years ago. To many brides around Australia he is known as "MR CAKE MAN".

Putting all the pieces of your wedding together can be a challenging process; I am here to make at least one aspect simple and painless.

My philosophy is simple – creating beautiful cakes with natural ingredients. I use real eggs, butter, chocolate etc. No packet mixes come near my kitchen and you can be assured your cake is made fresh for you, not on a factory production line. My attention to detail ensures your cake will not only look perfect but taste fantastic.
