Mel was amazing, she has done both the cake for my wedding and engagement party.

If you're after a cake that taste exceptional MelRose has that covered!!! We wanted Jaffa & Melissa's flavour profile was exactly that, we had tasted other wedding cakes, but it was MelRose flavours that were amazing. We live in Sydney & MelRose was happy to send us a tasting via post. We were excited to taste her cakes, if you closed your eyes & tasted each sample it tasted exactly as it was named. We even had a friend's wedding who also had a MelRose Cake that tasted unreal. We ended up decided on a 3 tier cake with the bottom & top Jaffa and the middle Choc Caramel, both looked exactly the same however both tasted amazing. Melissa was so easy to deal with, we had sent samples of our cake design & she hit the brief matching our rosegold cake toper to her rosegold marble fondant. Absolutely Amazing!!

Melissa was so easy to work with and understood my vision from our very first meeting. The cake looked absolutely beautiful on the day and tasted delicious - it was so moist and flavoursome! If you are looking for someone to bring your wedding cake dream to life then I cannot recommend MelRose Cakes more highly!

We couldn’t have been happier with Melrose Cakes and Desserts and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting both beautiful and delicious wedding desserts.
