Coffee mocha, Caramilk, sticky date, lemon meringue pie, and spiced apple are just some of the delicious flavours on the deluxe cake flavours list. Meanwhile, the classic flavour range includes much-loved favourites like red velvet and salted caramel and vanilla, complete with tasty fillings that'll have your guests raring for more.

With more than 10 years experience working in the events industry as a wedding planner, coordinator and stylist, Weddings are truly my passion. I started baking for family and friends but soon discovered my love for wedding cakes and have since combined my love for weddings and baking into a business where I can do what I love.

At CAKES by Han, we do not copy the designs of other cake makers; however, you may send us pictures of other cakes to use as inspiration in the cake we create for you.
We offer a delicious GF & vegan chocolate cake, however we can not guarantee that it doesn't contain any traces of gluten as we work from a studio that handles large amounts of wheat flour. We do not offer allergy friendly cakes.
Cake tasting boxes are available for pick up in Newcastle or via express postage on select dates throughout the year (usually every few months) and can be ordered on our website. The boxes include 6 of our most popular combinations and a little thank you gift.
We do offer delivery for all wedding cakes and any other speciality cakes. Delivery incurs an extra charge depending on the distance, this cost can be factored into your quote for custom orders.
All of our cakes are made to order, so the cost depends on both the size and design of the cake. Our Cake sizing guide will give you a rough idea but for a more accurate idea of custom pricing, it is best to get in touch with us so that we can provide you with a detailed quote.

Some of my most popular flavours are fan favourites like Ferrero, Red Velvet & Caramel and Chocolate but also very fruity ones like White chocolate and Raspberry, Lemon, Passionfruit or Lemon Meringue Pie. Most couples like to give their guests a bit of a choice.
In terms of surprising flavours, a lot of people shy away from unique flavour combinations that aren't as common for a wedding cake like earl grey and peach, prosecco and thyme, sticky date, carrot cake etc. but when tried they are always blown away.
