About
I'm Dani, owner and founder of Sweet Farina based in Sydney. I spent much of my early years in the kitchen with my mum, aunties and nonna watching them as they cooked, learning the secrets of authentic southern Italian cooking. Diagnosed in my early twenties with non-Celiac gluten, dairy and egg allergies, my love of food waned. It wasn’t until I started looking into alternative ingredients that I began to experiment with different techniques and flavours.

We recommend at least 2–4 weeks’ notice for custom cakes, especially during peak seasons. However, we may be able to accommodate last-minute orders depending on availability — feel free to ask!
Yes! All our baked goods are gluten free and plant based. We are also able to do soy and nut free on request.
Pricing depends on size, complexity, servings, and design. Our custom cakes typically start from $150 for a double layer six inch cake, with tiered cakes priced higher. We’ll provide a full quote once we understand your needs.
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 7 days before your pickup or delivery date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Yes, we offer delivery. Alternatively, you can arrange to pick up your cake from our premises.
Yes! We offer a range of matching treats including cupcakes, cookies, macarons, and dessert table packages. Let us know what you’re after and we’ll build a coordinated set.
We don't offer cake stands or toppers, however we have personally used a couple of suppliers that we'd be happy to put you in contact with.

Hello! I'm Dani from Sweet Farina, I specialise in allergy friendly sweet treats - everything as a standard is gluten free, egg free, dairy free and often nut free. As its the core of my business, I dont charge extra and work within your budget. Most venues will include a dessert as standard in your per head cost which means you don't necessarily need a large cake to cater to every guest.
