We had our reception for our intimate wedding in this place and have also stayed in the hotel which was very convenient. Our requests and needs were accommodated well, given the short period of preparations. We were presented with various options and we were provided ample time to set up the place. The staff were professional and the food was of value and in generous amount. It was a memorable moment for us and we were glad that we were given space and enough time to just enjoy the night.

We were the first wedding to have both ceremony and reception in the exclusive QT Lounge which is up on the hotel's 15th floor. The views across the lake and city are spectacular, it is by far the best space in Canberra if you don't want the standard rustic barn wedding..

All staff were lovely and the venue space was beautiful, we loved the food and the drinks package was good value. I think due to it being Easter weekend there were some slip ups of communication/info sharing between staff on the day though such as: a specific photo location at the hotel we had organised before hand with the event coordination team to have access to on the day we were told that we wouldn't be able to get it unlocked and took a little bit out of our portraits time to organise, issues with front desk not having included breakfast/late check out info, and extra chairs for getting ready that we organised in advance weren't provided (had to scramble on the day to get them). These were pretty minor though and overall I would recommend the QT as a wedding venue! Just make sure to get communications/directions passed on to the staff who will actually be working your wedding on the day.

Very supportive and communicative. We loved the space and the flexibility they offered with food and Order of the Day. The accessibility was important to us and everyone felt comfortable. Staff were lovely and I never felt stressed.
