Designed and built in Australia, a Vintage Photobooth is an ‘event booth’, a real booth inspired by the Art Deco era of days gone by, featuring luxurious curtains, cushioned flocked seat, gold frame, black tassels and a slick piano finish. Hi Janelle, Many thanks for your feedback. We really value your opinion and your message helps us to improve our service. We undertake staff training frequently and will ensure that we address customer service with the attendant that was at your event. Glad to hear that your guests loved the experience of having Frankie the caravan there. It is an expensive exercise getting her to events which does affect the price that we need to charge in order to cover costs. Also glad to hear that despite the prints having a line through them on the night that this has been rectified by our Vintage Melbourne team. Unfortunately there is the rare occasion that equipment or technology doesn't do as it's told but we always aim to please and if there has been a problem we find a solution that's suitable.
