Getting married in Australia allows you the freedom to get married where you like, a beach, family garden, local park, any celebrant would be happy to do so for you.

You can be married at any location, at any time, prvided it has been at least one month since you completed your Notice of intended Marriage and gave it to your Celebrant.

Yes most definitely, garden weddings are beautiful.  This is the beauty of having a registered marriage celebrant as they attend some beautiful locations to conduct weddings.  My mother was married in her back garden!

You will need to ensure you have your Notice of Intended Marriage completed a minimum of 1 month before your ceremony and provided your ID documentation to your celebrant to ensure your marriage is legal.

In Australia you are able to get married anywhere that is considered Australian soil (you can get married in the air if you want to over Australian waters).

Absolutely yes you can get married in a private home or garden, or just about anywhere you like in Australia!  Provided you have completed and lodged the Notice of Intended Marriage with your celebrant at least a month before the wedding date the choice of location is completely up to you.  Just always make sure your chosen location is suitable for your number of guest and that you have a plan "B" be in place if outdoors in case of bad weather.  Very best wishes for your special day !  Robyn Abby's Way Celebrations

Yes, with a civil ceremony you can choose the location to have your ceremony. You will need to have completed your Notice of Intended Marriage at least one month before the ceremony, that is the only condition.
