My name is Brendan and I am a wedding celebrant and Emcee based on both the Mornington Peninsula and in Melbourne, Victoria.
I love to craft heartfelt and cheeky weddings that reflect YOUR personality. No-one wants a stuffy ceremony!
I decided to become a celebrant when friends kept asking me to Emcee their weddings... so i thought, why not be in the business of happiness full time?!
I have built a career as a drama teacher over the past decade. The energy and enthusiasm I use every day in my industry is what you can expect from me.

I pride myself on being one of Melbourne's best male celebrants. I make sure that you feel happy, comfortable and well looked after. I also ensure that your guests feel like they are part of the ceremony and your special day as well. I will guide you through every step of the wedding process and hopefully you will feel like you are being married by a friend: someone who knows you well!
oh and I also LOVE travel... so if you're looking to Elope, take me with you!

Together, we offer a celebrant and photography package for small weddings and elopements. For up to 3 hours with us you will receive between 100-300 fully edited images and of course, a husband or wife!

Yes! I love when couples ask me to do both. It keeps the day flowing beautifully... I already know your story, your vibe, and your crowd, so I can keep things relaxed, on time, and full of fun from “I do” to the last dance.
You get everything you need for a seamless, stress-free ceremony... all the legal paperwork, a personalised ceremony written just for you, a high-quality sound system, and all the guidance you could ever need. Plus, unlimited communication (calls, Zooms, emails) to make sure you’re feeling calm and confident leading up to the big day.
Hell yes! Before the wedding, we’ll have a few relaxed chats where I get to know you both... how you met, what you love about each other, and what moments really matter to you. Then I turn that into a ceremony that feels like you: heartfelt, funny, and completely unique.
Yes! that’s part of the job! I’ll prepare and lodge all the official paperwork with Births, Deaths and Marriages after the ceremony so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Most of my ceremonies run for about 20–25 minutes... long enough to feel meaningful, short enough to keep everyone smiling and engaged (no yawning guests here).
Of course! Whether it’s a reading, a cultural tradition, a cheeky friend on the mic, or a champagne toast mid-ceremony... I’ll help you weave in whatever feels right for you.

Most couples book 9–18 months out, especially for peak seasons (spring and autumn). But if your date is sooner... get in touch! I might still be available.
I’ve never missed a wedding, but I always have a backup plan. I’m part of a professional network of celebrants who can step in if needed, with all your notes and ceremony details ready to go.
Yes! I’ve got lots of examples, tips, and prompts to help you write something that sounds like you... not a Pinterest quote.

Think of your MC (Master of Ceremonies) as the friendly guide who keeps the whole celebration running smoothly once the ceremony’s done. I make sure everything flows... from the entrances and speeches to the cake cutting and first dance... all while keeping the energy up and the guests entertained.
I’ll work closely with your venue, photographer, band or DJ to make sure everyone’s in the right place at the right time, without ever making it feel rushed or rigid. My job is to keep things fun, relaxed and on track, so you can focus on enjoying every moment (and not worry about what’s happening next).
