Hi I'm Heather and I'm 55 and have lived in the suburbs of Sydney my whole life. I was inspired to become a celebrant after seeing my 2 daughters get married by two totally different styles of celebrants. I thought this is the sort of work that would make me happy because I would be making others happy. After much thought I decided to study to get my Cert IV of celebrancy. I've always enjoyed working with people and truly believe in great customer service.

I think that question is only something you can answer.
If you don't want a big wedding you could opt for a small wedding with your nearest and dearest.
You could have a backyard wedding or in small restaurant.
Not all weddings need to big, it what you make it.
If people don' understand it is their problem.

Hi. Some wedding venues have small chapels. It might be worth looking for a venue like that. Most Churches won't' allow people to marry outside of their religion. Hope that help. All the best for your special day. Heather
