More than just a few sentimental words, I will work with you to ensure that your
ceremony is a beautiful part of your history.
Hello, I'm Claudette, and I would love to be your Celebrant.
I am a professional marriage celebrant and Justice of the Peace based in Sydney, and a life long hopeless romantic who gets her kicks running around NSW marrying couples.
* I'll work with you to create a personalised ceremony that will be perfect for you
* I'll stay in continuous contact with you right up until you say "I do" (may be a bit longer)
* I have lots of experience in working with diverse cultural and religious backgrounds
* I can perform your ceremony in French, Italian, Spanish or Farsi - for the benefit of family and guests
* I will do my best to accommodate your specific wishes and requirements
* I promise I will look better in person than I do in my photos
I operate throughout the Sydney area and would love to meet with you so that you get a feel for my personality, and to explain everything you need and want to know about creating the perfect ceremony for you.
Claudette, Sydney Marriage Celebrant
This is obviously an issue that stirs up a lot of emotion on both sides of the argument, but that’s just it … it is an argument, and whether or not you want to import that into your wedding day is really a personal choice. We all need to temper our emotions with a bit of reason.
Whatever you opinion is on the matter, the question to ask yourself is WHY is it important to ME to make a statement about this issue in the context of my wedding, and whether it would achieve anything constructive at the end of the day.
How would it affect YOU whether you obtain the products and services for your wedding from suppliers who maintain one particular view over another? If you find that it does in fact affect you, then make your choice accordingly.
Basically you need to establish whether it is relevant for you, or not, to politicize your wedding day.
Whatever decision you make, I wish you a really beautiful wedding day.
