She was terrific in helping us in writing our vows and set out everything very clearly in writing. And she made everything very easy at the ceremony. She includes lots of little, thoughtful touches that show how much she cares about her clients, and we’re delighted to recommend her." — Helen Y.

Vivienne was an absolutely amazing celebrant, from start to finish she was available when we had questions and ready to meet up when we needed to. Vivi had some beautiful ideas for the ceremony, especially when it came to including family members, and it made the ceremony extra special for us. We would highly recommend Vivi to anyone we know looking to get married!

Vivienne was exactly what we wanted from a celebrant - she got to know us and our vision for our ceremony very quickly and delivered superbly on the day. Communication and organization was a breeze with Viv, and she did a great job of incorporating our family and friends in a way that we were happy with. We would definitely recommend!

Vivienne was absolutely amazing - highly recommend! She was warm, welcoming, and such a joy to work with. Vivienne provided so much support and encouragement to us both. It truly was the perfect ceremony and day - thank you so much Vivienne!

We met Vivienne through Just Married Weddings, and we could not have asked for a better celebrant to take care of our wedding. With everything finalized online, what we only needed to do was arrive at the location and get married! Vivienne brought a nice set of table and chairs, a few decorations, and even sought out a witness for the ceremony because we didn't have any family and friends in Sydney to share our special day with. She was charming, helpful, and made us feel loved even though we just met that day. Weddings in itself are a tedious, complicated business, but with Vivienne, that wasn't the case. We are super happy with how our simple ceremony turned out, and if other couples are looking for a celebrant, we could not recommend Vivienne enough.

Do we need a marriage celebrant?

Can we exchange vows on our wedding day , and just get registered at the registry office on separate day- and therefore not require a celebrant? And if so- is this more cost effective? Thank you

Vivienne Warren - Celebrant for All Occasions

Yes you can, however you will need to exchange your vows again at the registry office as exchaning vows is part of the legal process

Should we have signs at our ceremony to leave the front row vacant for immediate family?

I was thinking maybe this is tacky, but then maybe it's necessary. (Or am I really just overthinking it?) Someone suggested that this is the role of the celebrant - to ensure that it's family in the first row. Is that generally true?

Vivienne Warren - Celebrant for All Occasions

This is not really necessary - I have never encounted a problem and would always fix it if so. Most guests stay well back and its hard to fill the first few rows!

Is it OK to ask a celebrant to wear a costume at our wedding?

Hello! I've read some responses to celebrants dressing in a matching style etc. Is it rude to ask if they wouldn't mind wearing a costume? I've read somewhere a couple got married by batman and then the obvious Elvis option.. I like the idea of an iconic character and think it would be something to remember but wouldn't want to offend anyone or make it a bad experience. TIA
