Kerryn Tucker, Celebrant of Country & Coast Weddings

I love being a Celebrant!  Weddings are just so special!  They are a unique reflection of a couple’s feelings for each other and being able to legally marry two people who love each other is an amazing, wonderful experience.

Having lived on the coast for over 25 years, enjoying the beautiful beaches and all they offer, five years ago we moved out onto 10 tranquil acres to fulfill my youngest daughter’s passion with horses.

Our country property comes complete with a mob of kangaroos and a beautiful creek with long-neck turtles and bass.  We certainly savour the lifestyle and tranquility of our special piece of paradise on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

As a member of Toastmasters International, I have not only gained invaluable experience as a speaker and obtained my Competent Communicator level but have also made many wonderful friends in the process.

A couple’s wedding day is an incredibly important event, they are choosing to publicly state their love and commitment to one another in front of all of their family and friends and I pertain to reflect this significance with each ceremony that I create and perform.

Marriage, I believe strengthens a relationship, it also fosters good health for both partners, wealth, and security for children.  I married my childhood sweetheart at 19 and we have now been happily married for 33 years so, I suppose you could say I’m sold on the institution!
