Hi soon-to-be newlyweds, my name is Joseph, I am an Australian Commonwealth-Registered Civil Marriage Celebrant who live in Brisbane, Queensland.

As a Civil Marriage Celebrant, I can legally solemnise your wedding ceremony anywhere in Australia, for example, a park, a beach, a winery, a cruise ship, your school or university, or even your home and backyard. You can choose any place to organise your wedding ceremony that is meaningful for you and your spouse.

My job as a Marriage Celebrant is fairly straight forward – to help you and your partner create a wedding ceremony of your choice, whether it is a simple versus luxury, or formal versus informal ceremony. I will give you guidance on what to consider and organise, how to prepare vows and when to complete required legal documents.

If you come from a non-English speaking background, I can conduct and deliver your wedding ceremony in Cantonese, Mandarin, English, or a combination of them so that your families and guests can fully understand the process and actively participate in your ceremony.

Even if you don’t live in Australia, you and your spouse can still get married in Australia as a tourist. While you are visiting this beautiful country, why don’t you have your wedding photos, wedding ceremony and honeymoon all completed in one single trip!
