Children in the Ceremony what should I expect ?

Children add delightful moments to your ceremony, just remember they are children and not paid actors so whatever part you want them to play keep it simple and don't expect too much!

Do you welcome children at a ceremony?

When I was little I loved nothing more than going to a relatives wedding I have some of my best memories of being all dressed up! Yes children enjoy the moments that mean the most to all so bring them along.

Do you include Children in your guest count?

I don't include children in my guest count on my packages as I encourage couples to share their day with the whole family! Children love seeing a beautiful bride dressed up in her elegant gown and getting dressed up themselves, so bring them along!

My wife and I were recently married by Helen in a beautiful, well thought out ceremony. Our biggest concern when selecting a celebrant was finding a suitable match that would happily marry a same-sex couple and we had great success with Helen. She made sure to keep in touch with us regularly throughout the months leading up to the ceremony to ensure that everything was correct and planned out perfectly to how we envisioned our big day. Officate a wedding

Hi There, I have a general question. My best friend is getting married in 15 months and the couple asked if I could officiate. Now, I was honoured but looking at it in a practical sense, I have reservations. eg the course, costs and ongoing registration. Let alone the nerves about doing this right, without messing it up. Besides this isn't going to be a side career going forward. However, I'm keen to make it happen in some fashion or another. What is the bare minimum officiate input from a celebrant? Can myself and family to bulk of the vows and readings etc? Any advice would be helpful. Regards Angelo

Yes you can have a friend or family member conduct your ceremony .

You will need to engage an authorised marriage celebrant to conduct the Legal requirements of your marriage.

I offer a Co - Presenting package which includes everything you need to help your family or friend to take the stage and complete your personal and intimate ceremony.

Can a Celebrant from NZ legally marry you in Australia?

My partner and I live in Australia but I originate from NZ. I want my pastor to officiate our wedding and wanted to know if we can get married over here in Australia if he is our celebrant?

Unfortunately a NZ Paster or celebrant cannot marry you in Australia.
But they can present your ceremony and be assisted by an Australian authorised celebrant who will complete the legal bits for you .
