Mystical Celebrations takes a personalised approach to every ceremony, starting with your story. Rather than relying on templates, Maree creates ceremonies that reflect your relationship, values and preferred tone, while guiding you through the legal and planning details. Depending on your chosen package, this can include meetings, ceremony draft feedback, an information kit, a rehearsal and PA system use.
You can choose a streamlined legal-only ceremony, an intimate elopement for up to 20 guests, a classic wedding for 20 or more guests, or a themed ceremony shaped around your chosen style. If meaningful rituals are part of your vision, Maree can also incorporate handfasting, candle rituals, blessing circles, cultural or spiritual elements, meditation, and oracle or tarot-inspired reflections.

I'm a Mystical Civil Celebrant who adores all things enchanted. I weave meditation, rituals and soulful intention into my daily life and my ceremonies. I read Tarot, love crystals, dragons, turtles, tigers, and the colours purple and blue. Themed weddings light me up - especially Viking, Harry Potter and fairy-tale celebrations. And yes.......Maltesers are absolutely the way to my heart!

As soon as you have your wedding date. Popular dates fill quickly, and I only take one wedding per time slot to ensure your ceremony receives my full attention.
You'll need proof of birth (birth certificate or passport), photo ID, and if previously married, proof the marriage has ended (divorce or death certificate). Originals are required - no photocopies.
The NOIM is the legal form required to marry in Australia. It must be lodged with me at least one month before your wedding and remains valid for 18 months. I guide you through every step.
Absolutely - this is where I shine. Your ceremony can be mystical, themed, spiritual, romantic, traditional, or completely unique. You can include your own vows, rituals, readings, cultural elements, or symbolic acts like handfasting, unity candles, or sand ceremonies.

Anywhere you choose - beaches, parks, private homes, rainforests, venues, or magical outdoor locations. As long as the spot is safe and accessible, I can officiate there. (Just not hanging off a cliff, that I can not do!)
Yes - rehearsals help everyone feel confident and calm. They're optional but recommended for larger weddings or ceremonies with multiple moving parts.
