I am Joanne De Vasconcellos and, as one of Perth's youngest civil marriage celebrants, I offer elegant and beautiful wedding ceremonies with modern, fresh and vibrant ideas.

I am based in Perth, Western Australia, and I officiate at ceremonies anywhere in Australia.

For couples who wish to hold their ceremony overseas but want to have the legalities taken care of here, or for those who simply want a no-fuss wedding, I also offer Registry style ceremonies. 

Because I believe that your wedding ceremony is a great moment in your lives together, I will assist you in creating a wedding ceremony that celebrates who you are as a couple, bringing ideas that are fun and that truly reflect your personalities. Legal requirements aside, the ideas are endless.
