Situated in sunny Perth, Amanda Rowe is a warm, friendly marriage celebrant and — in her words — is a “celebrator of life, love, and all the little things”, including clouds, gin and tonics, indoor plants, and the colour yellow! Down to earth and empathetic, Amanda is an ideal celebrant for couples after a professional with a gentle touch, exceptional organisational skills, and simply loves celebrating romance. Amanda is a Christian and very happy to include elements of faith in your ceremony, but don't freak out, if faith is not something for you, she'll never force this onto you... she's not like that!
Amanda wants to assist you in creating a beautiful ceremony that reflects your unique love story perfectly, with meaningful stories and readings peppered throughout. Amanda will ensure that the planning process is stress-free, that you feel confident and prepared before the ceremony, and that the occasion itself is heartfelt, fun, and memorable.

Are you looking for someone calm, approachable and stress-free, our world’s may have just collided? When we meet, I will learn all about you, your story and your dreams for your big day. We will discuss ideas to make your ceremony truly memorable. I’ll guide you through the legal paperwork, ceremony styling, vow creating, and suggest music, readings and some special inclusions to consider. At least three! Definitely an initial meeting where we meet over a G&T or coffee and make sure we’re a good fit for each other. Then we get the paperwork started. We’ll plan our second meeting and complete the legal paperwork (NOIM), and start planning your ceremony. We then exchange emails and phone calls until we get your ceremony exactly as you’d hoped for.
Our final meeting before the big day, is the wedding rehearsal, the week of your wedding. Ideally a couple of days prior to the big day.
I sure do - you don’t need to worry about your friends and family hearing your vows. You can also use my MiPro PA system for playing your ceremony music. least three!
Sign the Marriage Register - $350 (ex GST)
Just want yourselves and your two witnesses present?
Similar to a ceremony at The Registry Office, just the legal paperwork, and legal vow exchange.
But I’ll come to you at your choice of venue!
You can marry in a park, at your home, down at the beach, in a restaurant… the options are endless!
or
You have a friend or family member that is going to marry you, but you need the legal side of things taken care of... then you can book me to accept your NOIM, attend your ceremony to say 'The Monitum, Legal Vows' and sign and send off all your paperwork to BDM.
Small Wedding - $450 (ex GST)
Just want yourselves and up to 25 guests present (two of which will be your witnesses). Similar to a ceremony at The Registry Office, with the legal wording and legal vows, and the addition of personal vows and ring exchange. Conducted at your venue of choice.
Sweet and Simple or Bells and Whistles - $800 (ex GST)
I'll conduct a beautiful Legal Wedding Ceremony regardless of the number of people present. This is a custom made service, and you can include as many or as little of the following as you like:
This fee is for ceremonies held within the Perth WA Metro Area and is inclusive of the booking fee, face-to-face meetings and on-site rehearsal, it also includes the use of my MiPro portable PA system which is perfect for you ceremony music too.
