I’m a big believer in rehearsals because they take away all those little questions that can become surprisingly distracting on your wedding day. Where do I stand? When do I walk? Who has the rings? What do I do with my bouquet? Who fixes my dress?

I’ll walk you and your wedding party through everything beforehand so you know exactly what to expect.

My goal is for you to arrive at your ceremony feeling calm and confident, rather than overthinking what you’re supposed to be doing next. You’ve waited a long time for this moment, and I want you to actually be present and enjoy it.

You don’t need to know before you enquire. That’s what I’m here for!

I always like to have a conversation with you first about your wedding, your personalities and what you actually want your ceremony to feel like. I can then talk you through the different options, whether that’s Legals Only, a simple ceremony, a micro ceremony or something completely personalised.

It also gives us a chance to make sure I’m the right celebrant for you. You should feel completely comfortable with the person standing beside you on such an important day, so I want you to choose the ceremony and the celebrant that genuinely feel right for you.

Sometimes couples come to me thinking they want a simple ceremony because they don’t want anything long or over the top. Once we actually chat about what they want included, they realise they’d still love some personal storytelling, just in a shorter format.

That’s why I offer different ceremony styles, including a micro ceremony that can sit between simple and fully personalised.

I’ll talk you through the options so you don’t have to guess. We’ll choose what suits your wedding, your personalities and how you want the ceremony to feel.

Having me as both your celebrant and MC means you have someone who already knows you, your story, your personalities and the people who matter most to you carrying the energy from your ceremony into your reception.

By the time we get to the reception, I’m not just reading names from a run sheet. I can make your introductions and announcements feel genuinely personal. I love introducing your wedding party with a little insight into who they are, how you know them and why you chose them to stand beside you.

It also means one less person for you to brief and manage. I already understand your sense of humour, the atmosphere you want to create and how you want your day to feel.

My job is to keep everything flowing, your guests engaged and the atmosphere relaxed, so you can stop watching the clock and simply enjoy your celebration.
