Hi. I’m Cath, a Civil Marriage Celebrant appointed in 2008. I have officiated many and varied ceremonies. I am passionate about what I do. It brings me joy to help my beautiful couples 'Tie the knot'. With a background in the NSW Police Force and teaching, I am comfortable around people, communicate effectively and I am a great listener. Allow me to create a ceremony that will reflect who you are as a couple; one you will be proud of and treasure forever. Contact me with your requirements.

FAQ
My current fee for a marriage ceremony is $700 with a travel fee attached if outside the Newcastle area. The fee will vary if I am required to purchase any items for extra rituals included within the ceremony. My fee also includes:
Obligation-free meeting to discuss your needs, preparation and lodgement of all legal documentation, all phone calls, emails and other correspondence, creation of your customised ceremony, portable PA so your vows may be heard, optional rehearsal, officiating your ceremony, provision of the Commonwealth Commemorative Marriage Certificate and a typed copy of your ceremony as a memento. I register your marriage with Births, Deaths and Marriages after the ceremony takes place. I also provide a signing table, cloth and chair if required, at no extra cost.
That's a big YES! The union of two people who love each other and wish to spend the rest of their lives together in the richness of marriage is a beautiful thing. I am always honoured to officiate.

Absolutely! I can provide you with samples or help you create your own special promises and pledges to each other.
I offer an optional rehearsal or run through before your wedding day if you so require. Totally your choice.
