The Celebrandt - Kathryn Brandt

I'm Kathryn Brandt, your officially authorised Marriage Celebrant at your service.

Based on the Mornington Peninsula, enveloped between the sun and the sea – the name ‘The Celebrandt’ is an ode to my mad love of puns, wicked humour and the celebration of playful, honest and everlasting love. It simply made sense to actualise a profession that incorporated my last name! 

The transition from 8 years as a primary teacher to teller of love stories has been seamless.

My experiences as a celebrant is nothing short of amazing. 

I feel joy often, laugh often, dance often and cheers always.

Sometimes even tears of joy escape me.

I get to revel in the best parts of the human condition. 

My soul is constantly ablaze with the intensity of the unconditional, compassionate and grounded love that I encounter.

I work with some of the most gorgeous couples, helping them create ceremonies that are reflective of their personalities, setting the tone for their wedding and the adventure that follows.

My approach is warm, authentic and personal.

My ceremonies are bespoke and written with conscious intention…with an additional side dish of cheekiness and sass.
