So, your getting married… Congratulations to you both as you enter the next stage in the journey of your lives together. Some couples find this time to be both exciting and confusing, with so many choices and decisions to be made.
You want your day to be perfect and so do I. I will ensure that your ceremony will be memorable and unique to you. You will say some special words, and I will say some special words. These words will transport you from your old life as one, to your new life as a married couple.
We will sit down together and learn about the rituals and legalities of marriage, which, I’m pleased to say, according to Australian law is, the union of two people to the exclusion of all others, voluntarily entered into for life.
We will discuss what you would like to include in your ceremony. Special people, songs, readings or rituals. It always gives me great joy to hear all about your own unique ‘love story’ and with your blessing, I will use some of this information to personalise your ceremony so that it may be shared with your family and friends. Don’t worry, It’s my job to assist and guide you through your ceremony.
