Shihub's ceremonies are all about celebrating love most genuinely. He takes the time to get to know each couple, listens to the little details that matter, and brings those into the ceremony with heart (and often a few laughs too). In addition, he offers MC services to carry the buzz into the reception. There are no awkward lulls or stiff intros, just plenty of energy, connection, and entertainment.

About
I'm an Authorised Marriage Celebrant who's born in Australia and lived across 5 cities! I’m known for my warm, outgoing nature and love for connecting with people. With a Bengali-Australian upbringing full of storytelling and celebration, becoming a celebrant felt like a natural fit. I started as a wedding MC in 2018 and to this day, continue to craft unique, heartfelt ceremonies that reflect each couple’s one-of-a-kind story. I'm all for ensuring each ceremony is celebrated authentically.

Tracey and Jason! What a fantastic wedding that was! You were both so organised from the very beginning, from the run sheets to knowing exactly what you wanted, which made it an absolute pleasure to be part of your day. There were two highlights for me: 1. Seeing Cathy, your violist and former neighbour, play during your ceremony. There was something really special about having someone with such a personal connection to you both be part of the day. 2. The bagpipes! Not only did Jason get to make an entrance with the bagpipes, but you also had them play during your cake entrance at the reception. What an absolutely brilliant and unexpected moment of pandemonium that was! 😂 Thank you both for having me be part of your wedding. I had such a great time with you both, and I’m so glad I got to help tell your story in the way you envisioned. Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness, and hopefully a few more 'bagpipe induced' moments along the way! ❤️

It was certainly a highlight for me as well. I particularly loved being able to incorporate some Islamic surahs into your civil ceremony. I knew how much that meant to you both, and being able to blend those elements into the ceremony made the occasion feel even more personal and meaningful. While I was definitely sad that I wouldn’t be able to officiate your overseas wedding, I was so happy to still play a small part in the celebration by helping put together a ceremony that reflected the beautiful journey you’ve shared together. And being able to witness the two of you, along with your beautiful daughters Mila and Harlow, celebrate your love and commitment was something I’ll genuinely remember for a long time. Taima and Daniel! Thank you so much for this beautiful review, and for trusting me to be part of your wedding reception in front of a packed crowd of 200+ people! It was such a fun celebration and an absolute pleasure to be there with you both. One of the biggest highlights for me was definitely seeing Daniel’s dad go into full song mode during his speech and break into 'Magic Moments' by Perry Como! Hey Sharini and Tharidu, thank you so much for this review! Your wedding was incredibly special, memorable and so much fun to be a part of. Thank you for trusting me with such an important role. From helping bring your Buddhist ceremony together and putting a little civil ceremony twist on it, through to getting behind the microphone and having a bit of fun with you both as your MC. It was such a privilege to learn more about you both, your backgrounds and your families, and to be trusted to help bring your vision for the day to life.
