Shihub was an integral part of our wedding. Tharidu and I had a Sri Lankan Buddhist ceremony in the morning and a western style reception at night in Melbourne. And we only onboarded Shihub with two months to go, but he hopped on and got us organised quickly. Whether it was the legal paperwork and taking care of it completely, to drafting our run sheet / scripts with us, learning about our backgrounds or MC-ing the day from start to finish. He made us feel incredibly calm about the day and we relied on him heavily as a sound board. He also caught up with us regularly, was readily available to answer any queries and incredibly invested in the planning of our big day on our behalf. All of our guests had the utmost praise for him and really liked his upbeat, witty nature. All in all, we feel like we have gained a friend for life. He was easily one of the best investments for our big day, and we feel lucky because a big part of the reason our day went so smoothly had to be him. We do feel like we’ve gained a friend for life (if a big debrief the next day with him doesn’t sell you on this then we don’t know what else will.)
