I can help you with suggestions on the different ways you can include your vows, and the different style of vows that you can write. They are your vows, so I encourage you to write them yourself, and I will review them for you. You can also write them jointly and send them to me, or you can write and send them to me separately so that they are a surprise on the day.
Whether you need a rehearsal will depend on the size of the bridal party, the style of your wedding, the availability of the venue and how you feel. It’s a lovely opportunity for the family and the bridal party to get together just before the wedding, and can include a meal or drinks afterwards. I always offer a rehearsal and encourage you to have one if you have a large bridal party and if there are several people involved in the ceremony. Either way - I will supply a plan of where everyone will stand, and after discussion with you, a run sheet of how the ceremony will flow. We usually go through this in detail at the final meeting, to reassure you and so that everyone knows what to do.
It is a requirement that everyone can hear the wedding, so I use a PA system at all weddings. Even at very small weddings I bring it with me just in case it’s windy or something. I am also able to play your music through my system.
My dress code is your dress code. Although my personal style is classic, and I hope, elegant. I will make sure I dress appropriate to the style of your wedding. If you need me to wear something specific, colour or style, you just need to let me know.
I am happy to travel wherever I need to - all around Sydney and NSW. I will also travel interstate if required. I do have additional travel charges on top of the ceremony costs, depending on the distance I need to travel, but we would discuss this when we meet.
