From our very first meeting with Sue, we instantly clicked. We knew straight away that we wanted her to be our celebrant and didn’t feel the need to meet with anyone else. Sue was incredibly organised and guided us through everything step by step, making the whole process feel easy and stress-free. She was warm, friendly, informative, and made us laugh throughout the journey. Sue was incredible each step of the way! Quick to message with availability and helped us every step of the way! We felt so comfortable at our first initial touch base coffee, our getting close to the wedding let’s start talking more details coffee, rehersal ceremony and she was there early on the wedding day ready to roll as soon as it was ready to ahead. She was super available between and after with any questions and was the perfect celebrant! She made us feel so safe and comfortable and did a great job with helping make sure my hubby felt relaxed waiting at the alter despite nerves! Could never recommend someone more if you want someone who will ensure you feel safe every step of the way!

Jack & I had the privilege of having Sue as our celebrant. From our first meeting, Sue was organised, professional, easy to talk to, kind and fun. Sue made the lead-up to our wedding stress-free, was very open with her communication and had great advice to give. On the wedding day, Sue arrived early to ensure things all ran smoothly and was a calming presence for both of us. It felt like we had a friend there alongside us. I am a terrible public speaker. How can I get ready for my wedding ceremony?

Hi there. Was hoping for some advice on how to tackle ceremony nerves so I can get through my vows. I really want to write my own vows but have always been terrible at speaking in front of crowds. What can I do ahead of time and on the day?

Hi,

I understand how daunting it feels having to talk in front of so many people. I think it is important to keep in mind that everyone there on your wedding day loves you and wants the very best for you. They are there to support you and share in your joy, not judge you.

Remember, the reason you are there; be in the moment and don't forget to breathe! If you feel unsure, look at your partner, think about your breath and the feel of your feet on the ground. This will help ground you. Remember, I will be there to help you if you need me. I will have your vows prepared on a A5 card which will make it easier for you to read from. You can hold the card in both hands, which will make it easier to hide any shaking hands you migth have.

No one will be able to hear your pounding heart, only you know, everyone wants the best for you.
