Coal & Cedar’s cocktail masterclasses put you behind the bar for an interactive experience led by their knowledgeable team. You’ll learn how to free pour, shake and present three classic cocktails, with styles such as a Negroni, Amaretto Sour and Classic Daiquiri used as examples. There’s also a signature cocktail competition at the end, giving everyone the chance to get creative and put their new skills to work.

Your one-hour masterclass also includes a beer or sparkling wine on arrival, followed by shared antipasto platters and an apple hooch to finish.
