We don’t 'plan' hens nights. We have iconic hens party packages that simply don’t exist anywhere else. Packages where our very own drag queens, topless waiters, life drawing models, limos, winery tours, and cheeky surprises are timed, choreographed, and curated to perfection. The final balance for any My Ultimate Package must be paid in full (that is, all members of the attending party as agreed with the organiser at time of booking) Three weeks out from the event date (or on the due date discussed with your hens consultant at the time of booking). Any booking for a Package that is made within the three weeks of it taking place will require full payment at the time of booking. This timing is subject to change & your Hens Consultant will review the specific timing of payments on a case by case basis and inform the organiser at the time of the booking request. Please be aware that no documents, tickets, confirmations or vouchers for the My Ultimate Package will be released to the organiser until the booking has been paid in full by each member of the travelling party (i.e all monies have been received)
The great news is that at the time of booking, you don’t have to have your final numbers or even your guest list sorted out, only a rough idea of numbers. You will however be commited to the minimum attendee numbers and therefore the minimum spend on your chosen package - Your hens consultant will clearly go over this with you at the time of booking, and the minimum number infomation is openly available in the 'At A Glance' section of any package on our website! On your package due date (see Step Seven above) you will need to have all of your guest numbers solidly confirmed. Your numbers can’t go up or down after this date – so make sure you have all your guests confirm & pay up in advance! As we will be confirming numbers with all of our activity suppliers at this time, you need to be aware that if the number of travellers changes after this time additional fees will apply.
Here at My Ultimate we pride ourselves on running our business with intergrity and transparency of our booking policies. By the time you make your booking for your event with us your constultant and the informations provided to you will have cleary stipulated that all booking deposits are always 100% non-refundable.
Cancelled bookings will always incur charges. As we are acting as an agent our cancellation policy is in addition to the cancellation policies of the suppliers we work with to faciliate your package. Any cancellation of an event will always result in the 100% loss of your booking deposit. Additionally, cancellation within three weeks of your event date will incur further charges - My Ultimate will impose a 30% cancellation fee of gross charges excluding deposit (i.e the minimum number of persons required for your chosen package times by the per head cost of your chosen package, less the deposit already paid). My Ultimate fees will apply as well as any service provider fees incured by My Ultimate pertaining to your event. This may be up to 100% of the gross cost of your event. Some fees may also apply where a booking is changed or vouchers are reissued at any stage following the payment of your booking deposit - if applicable these will be clearly discussed with you by your hens consultant.
There is no rule that can 'blanket cover' each one of our packages. Some venues and activity suppliers do not allow under 18's to attend, and others do! The easiest way to ensure that underage guests can be a part of your My Ultimate Hens event is to chat to your hens consultant about the options available! Of course, common sense prevails for example, with activities such as skydiving, wine tasting, events at night club venues etc. Please ask your consultant for advice & specifics.
Absolutely! Love the idea of adding on a city lap in a party fire engine? Or think that the hen deserves an extra long pamper sesh? Want to add cocktails to your canapés or swap a crime time for a bridge climb? Remember, this is about creating Your Ultimate Hens – you come up with the genius ideas & specific requirements and we can make them happen – we are here to help.
We understand that everyone in your package might not want to throw themselves out of a plane at 10,000 feet! No problem – you can tailor your package to suit the different requests of everyone in your package, just call us & we can sort out the logistics! However we cannot generally offer alternate individual experiences that are not available to everyone.
That’s great news, we love our packages too! The best way to deal with this one is to give us a ring to work out your specific numbers – The reason we have minimums is because some of our activity suppliers have minimum numbers to run their activities smoothly – i.e a private sunset mega yacht cruise doesn’t really work for three people ( well, within normal budgets anyway ! ) However there are lots of options for smaller groups, such as joining a non-exclusive session (sunset cruise that’s open to the public), or paying a small fee per person to keep the exclusivity & indulgence of an experience in a package.
Live two hours away from the city & have your heart set on a My Ultimate package? – no problem! Don’t go through the stress of getting everyone to drive, buy train tickets or car pool, just contact one of our friendly consultants and they may be able to organise the mini bus, limo or hummer or even fire engine transfers for you as part of your package!

Hi Lynda! Great question - and congratulations on planning a fabulous Bridal Shower! The norm in Australia is for each guest to make payment for themselves when attending a hens or bridal shower event. Sometimes the bride-to-be herself pays her per-head cost, and sometimes the bridal party chips in to cover her cost. Also extras such as decorations, a novelty cake, gift bags or invite costs are usually split between the bridal party, or the family of the bride so that she can have those little extra touches on the day! I would recommend always getting a realistic idea of numbers prior to paying your deposit, or perhaps even asking each guest for a small deposit to secure their place, with the final payment due at a later date - as deposit's are often non-refundable and you don't want to be the MOH who has to pay for the guests that may pull out at the last minute! I want to have a joint hens and bucks. And ideas on where to hold it and what to do?
The groom and his mates will be going to a zombie vr/escape room during the day, while I get pampered. Then we want to meet up and party! It has to be on a wednesday though, as that's when our overseas bridal party members will be arriving. Any ideas?

That sounds like a great plan so far! We love Hucks parties that meet up later - you both share friends so why not party all together!
Most restaurants are open on a Wednesday and many will have a private room you have use for the night at a fraction of the cost it would be on a Saturday night. You will also find lots of bars that also have a restaurant or bistro (And are therefore open all week) who would love to host your group with a drinks package mid-week - you can usually make some requests for the music or even bring your own playlist so it is 100% about you! Depending on what city you are in you can also look at boats on the harbour or the river that you can charter for just your group! Some cinemas will let you hire out a full cinema for your own VIP space or, depending on the weather, you could arrange your own picnic and outdoor party!
So many options are available and being mid-week can be great for pricing & availability! Best of luck! xx

This is definmitely a discussion to have with a few different people where you need to be really clear on your expectations. Talk to your Fiancee, talk to the Bridesmaids and talk to the people that you NEED to have at your Hens Party - are you really close to your Mum and can't imagine celebrating without her? The most important questions to answer would be:
If you have had this discussion with all the important people and everyone is happy with the answers then GO FOR IT! Live it up and celebrate your Final Fling Before The Ring in whatever style makes you happy!
If there is any hesitation then why not look at a big bash a little closer to home? Plan a weekend away with lots of activities, cocktails, eye candy and sparkle! Celebrate with your Besties and most importantly, have an AMAZING time no matter what you do!
