Andre and his team did an absolutely amazing job suiting up my husband and his groomsmen. They had a time crunch due to most of the groomsmen coming from overseas right before the wedding and yet the suits were made perfectly and on time, one of the groomsmen shirts was even hand delivered to our door!

The suits were excellent. The fit was great, the quality was fantastic, and we were very happy with how they looked on the day. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Communication via email and phone was often slow, and I had to follow up multiple times throughout the process. There was also an issue where a shirt was not ordered despite it being paid for, and when I followed up, they did not even have the order number on record. While the end product was excellent, the customer service and administration let the experience down.

Service at Peppers was professional, measurements were taken quickly and staff gave helpful advice. Peppers have done the formalwear for all the weddings in our family which was not only a nice personal touch but is also a testament to their quality.

I visited the Ferrari Formal Wear located within Sydney Myer and wasn't too bothered about the suit situation and was happy to just hire a suit for the wedding. Lena (the lovely store repesentative), advised, in my case, to buy instead. I resisted but she insisted. I'm glad she won because the suit was perfect and I recieved many compliments.
