The team was super friendly, easy to work with, and really paid attention to the details that mattered, from the fit of the suits to the finish of the buttons and stitching. Everything looked and felt top quality. They were also incredibly helpful when we needed a different tie/bow-tie option at short notice, sorted it out quickly, no stress at all. It also meant a lot to us that Bentex is genuinely inclusive and LGBT-friendly. We felt completely welcomed, respected, and supported the whole way through. The service was reasonably priced. Excellent service: Spiro guided us through the pros and cons of off-the-rack versus tailor-made suits. He also explained the different choices of fabric, colour, and style. As a customer, I felt much more informed when making my decisions. Spiro is not the kind of person who tries to rip you off, and it was clear he prioritizes his clients' needs. I've been to many stores around Melbourne before discovering Formal Red, and by far, this is the best place to get a suit.

We used Institchu for the Groom and Groomsmen's suits. They all picked their materials they preferred. They were all the best quality and fit perfectly. We had the Grooms suit embroidered with the wedding date inside and everyone was comfortable all night. Highly recommend.

Low maintenance, inexpensive hire. Suits look good on the day, for me and the groomsmen. Good service, easy picking up and dropping off. Also bought my dinner shirt from there which was the nicest out of anything I could find online.
