Where do we even begin? Our entire wedding journey with Leonda by the Yarra was nothing short of magical, and it’s all thanks to the most beautiful team of people. From the very beginning, our coordinator Sasha was a calming and reassuring presence. She is one of the most patient, caring, and genuine people we have ever met. She never once made us feel like we were asking too much — instead, she guided us with kindness and professionalism, and she even went out of her way to help with things that were external to the reception itself. Sasha truly helped us bring our dream wedding to life. We honestly couldn’t imagine having anyone else by our side. On our wedding day, Sasha greeted us at the limo with so much warmth, excitement, and love. She made sure we were okay and that everything felt perfect before handing us over to the incredible Stella and Lotus. We had never met these two amazing women before that night, but instantly, they felt like family. Lotus was right there fanning my face the moment I felt hot or overwhelmed, and Stella quietly worked behind the scenes making sure the entire night flowed seamlessly. They cared for us with such genuine love, and we will never forget the comfort they gave us on the biggest day of our lives. And then there was the food — oh my goodness! While we barely had a moment to sit and eat, our guests could not stop raving about how delicious everything was. The service was flawless, and every single detail exceeded our expectations. Leonda by the Yarra, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just host our wedding — you created the most unforgettable experience of our lives. Sasha, Stella, and Lotus, you will always hold such a special place in our hearts. We feel so incredibly blessed and lucky to have had you all as part of our day. I had my wedding at Promenade in April 2023 and it was the best night of my life. Leading up to my wedding the team at Prom we super helpful in every way possible. Without having a wedding planner, Lilly and the team helped me through every step and even shared contact details to vendors that I didn't have or even consider in my planning. It's very clear that Lilly and Emily understand the industry so well. On the day everything ran so smoothly - Emily who was the event coordinator kept me well informed and briefed my before our wedding started reassuring that everything is in check. This is so helpful as the bride as I'm such a stress head! I absolutely adored all the staff members, my family and friends complimented the service, super friendly and bubbly team. So grateful for everything the Prom team did for me on my special day.

We had our engagement party at the Promenade Docklands. The place itself is very beautiful, overlooking the water with amazing views. The team were all VERY accomodating and we were able to customise the drinks/food package to our needs. Would recommend!

My partner and I recently had our wedding reception at The Promenade in Docklands, and we couldn't be more pleased with our choice of venue and organizer. The event manager, Emily Watts, was incredibly helpful and cheerful, guiding us through each step with enthusiasm and professionalism. The venue itself is beautiful, with spacious and well-appointed areas that comfortably accommodated our guests. The layout was perfect for both our ceremony and reception, and the scenic views of the water added an extra layer of charm to the ambiance. The Promenade’s staff were attentive and courteous, making sure that all our needs were met and that our guests were well taken care of. They helped us with options for external catering services who would best suit the food we were seeking for and the one we chose was excellent, with a variety of delicious options that impressed everyone. The Promenade exceeded our expectations in every way. We are grateful to the entire team for making our wedding reception truly memorable. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful and well-managed location for their special event.
